Services Offering
The Town Clerk’s Office has a public computer available for Land Record searches. There is a computer index with images that may be searched by Grantor/Grantee from 1981 forward and by Volume/Page as far back as 1919. You may also search the land record index remotely through Record Hub. Instructions for use are available here.
- Land Recordings, Trade Names and Name Changes made be submitted via mail, drop box or in-person.
- Marriage Licenses are issued by appointment only. Please call to schedule. 860-487-3121.
- Vital record requests (copies) via mail, drop-box or in-person. *Please note we accept cash or check, payable to Town of Willington. *Personal Checks are allowed.

Certified Copies: CGS Sec. § 7-34a
- $2.00 (+ $1 each page being certified)
*Effective July 1, 2022: There will be a $5 charge per page/signature for Notary services
Sport Licenses: CGS §§ 26-29, 26-29a, 26-19b
- Licenses issued to any blind, mentally disabled or physically disabled person shall be a lifetime license.
The Willington Town Clerk’s Office no longer processes Passport Applications due to new Federal Regulations. Please refer to the Storrs Post Office to process them
