Rules of Hybrid Special Town Meeting March 31, 2021

This meeting will be conducted pursuant to Governor Ned Lamont’s’ Executive order No. 9H

Health precautions: the meeting will follow all CDC, State of Connecticut Department of Public Health, and Eastern Highlands Health District protocol as applicable. Masks will be required.

The public may attend the meeting in person up to 15 individuals.

Those choosing to attend electronically with video via Zoom.us must be electors of the Town of Willington and must show ID for verification. This verification process will begin 30 minutes prior to meeting.

Each device logged into the meeting via Zoom.us will receive NO MORE THAN ONE VOTE PER QUESTION.
