Land Use Department

The Land Use and Building Department are currently open, but appointments are strongly encouraged. Please call (860-487-3123) or email (see below) the office to schedule an appointment during the Town Hall's normal business hours.

• All Building, Zoning, Planning & Zoning, Wetlands and ZBA applications can be applied for online here.
• Historic permits are also available via the "search" option. That system may be accessed via the link to the system to the left of this page or here.
• If you are looking for a document that may be located within our property files please use the menu on the left side of the page to connect to our GIS system.  From the GIS you can access property files as well as zoning data.
