What are the ID requirements for voting?

Acceptable IDs:
1. Social security card
2. Any pre-printed form of ID that shows name and address
3. Any pre-printed form that shows name and signature
4. Any pre-printed form that shows name and photograph

NOTE:
- A temporary driver’s license from DMV IS acceptable
- A photo of an ID on an electronic device is NOT acceptable
- A Proxy or Power of Attorney DOES NOT give someone the right to vote for someone else
