Notice is hereby given pursuant to Connecticut General Statute §7-157 that the Ordinance regarding Volunteer Fire Department Personnel Tax Abatement was amended at a Special Town Meeting re-held on February 20, 2024 in the Town of Willington.

Copies of the amended Ordinance are on file at the Town Clerk’s office, 40 Old Farms Road, Willington CT  06279 and are available for public inspection. 

This document is prepared for the benefit of the public, solely for the purposes of information, summarization and explanation.  This document does not represent the intent of the legislative body of the Town of Willington for any purpose.

Dated at Willington this 21st  day of February, 2024.  The Ordinance will take effect fifteen (15) days from the date of this publication*. 

*This Legal Notice will be published in the Willimantic Chronicle on February 24, 2024 and will become effective 15 days after the publication date*
