    • LoCIP funded projects: Board to clarify our position on funding projects going forward from other sources given the State froze all LoCIP funds and zero’d out next year’s LoCIP budget.
    • Transfer Station paving or other use.
    • Discussion: Managing our Finances under the new “economic reality” of reduced revenues.  5-Areas for Review. The Board of Finance will divide up and work in pairs with the 5-areas to see if we can realize any cost savings:
    • Fire / Ambulance – Consolidation where appropriate
    • Education –Review of recent hires / Building Study
    • General Government – Town Office Hours / Outsourcing where appropriate
    • Public Works – Transfer Station
  • Old Business
    • Re-Billing
    • School Building Study (being reviewed at the 12-June-2017 BOE meeting)
    • Annual Report for Fiscal Year July 2016 through June 2017
  • Contract Negotiations
  • Correspondence
    • WEA Teacher Negotiations: Need a volunteer to sit in on the negotiations
